My name is Teresa Helgeson and I have been practicing Reiki since 2003. My Mantra is ‘Miracles Abound so Never Leave Before The Miracle’. Everything in my life has been a miracle and I love watching all the miracles life displays everyday. It makes living life so much fun!

Many years ago I discovered I have four gifts that I am to use in living my life’s purpose.

My first gift is that of being a Confidant to all. A confidant is a woman to whom secrets are confided or with whom private matters and problems are discussed. I have always had the natural ability to connect with people on a deeper level and doing so provides them a safe environment to confide and consult with me.

My second gift is that of being a Teacher to all. Not in the traditional sense, although I have had many teaching positions over the years. I consider myself a student who is a teacher and a teacher who is a student. I am a role model, guide and mentor who learns from everyone I know.

My third gift is that of Motivator to all. I am motivational and inspirational by nature and I love assisting people in finding their own motivation and inspiration. Life is so Miraculous and once you learn to see the beauty it has to offer, your inner inspiration reveals itself forever changing the reality in which you live.

My fourth gift is the ability to Open People’s Hearts. Opening the heart and loving yourself for being the wonderful, joyous, expanding creators you are heals not only yourself but the world. Miracles happen when you love yourself and everyone else unconditionally.

I have been following and studying the teachings of Abraham with Esther and Jerry Hicks for a long time and the Law of Attraction, Law of Deliberate Creation and the Law of Allowing have changed my life.

And so it is through the teachings of Abraham and these four gifts that I have become a Certified Hypnotherapist, a Karuna and Usui Reiki Master Teacher, a Reiki Crystal and Drumming Practitioner, and a Sound Healing Practitioner Freelance Writer, Poet and Motivational Speaker.

I use many different modalities to teach people how to align their energy with their Inner Power Partner so they can live a miraculous life..
